The loan is structured so that disbursements are made in proportion to the percentage of the total rehabilitation budget that we are funding.

What This Means for You

When you submit a draw request, we will disburse a percentage of that request equal to the percentage of the rehab budget we are funding.

Example 1: Pagebrook Funds Less Than 100%

Total Rehab Budget: $1,000,000

Pagebrook Funding: $600,000 (60%)

Draw Request: $100,000

Amount Disbursed: $60,000

Amount Borrower Covers: $40,000

 

Example 2: Pagebrook Funds 100%

Total Rehab Budget: $1,000,000

Our Funding: $1,000,000 (100%)

Draw Request: $100,000Amount Disbursed: $100,000

Amount You Cover: $0
