We have implemented a NEW process using SiteWire for our Draw Requests effective on new loans opened May 22, 2025. Below are some details on how the program works.

Draw Disbursement Overview: The loan is structured so that disbursements are made in proportion to the percentage of the total rehabilitation budget that we are funding. What This Means for You: When you submit a draw request, we will disburse a percentage of that request equal to the percentage of the rehab budget we are funding. Here are two examples: Example 1: Lender Funds Less Than 100% Total Rehab Budget: $1,000,000 Our Funding: $600,000 (60%) Draw Request: $100,000 Amount Disbursed: $60,000 Amount You Cover: $40,000 Draw RequestFunded %Amount DisbursedAmount You Cover $100,00060%$60,000$40,000 Example 2: Lender Funds 100% Total Rehab Budget: $1,000,000 Our Funding: $1,000,000 (100%) Draw Request: $100,000 Amount Disbursed: $100,000 Amount You Cover: $0 Draw RequestFunded %Amount DisbursedAmount You Cover $100,000100%$100,000$0 If you need assistance with your draw schedule, please contact your loan officer or project manager.
